The opportunity is broader than promoting one event date. We can explore the event's purpose and audience, its distinctive identity, the organizer's internal skills, venue relationships, financial model, safety planning, participant experience, and the practices needed to deliver repeatable editions.
The organizer owns the event brand. SOFF aims to support, advise, connect and, where agreed, promote the event rather than take ownership of the organiser's business or creative identity.
