The operating rules for the SOFF Weekday Daytime Membership — what a session is, when you can play, and what members agree to.

We would rather publish nothing than publish rules we might have to change. The full WDDT operating rules — session definitions, booking windows, cancellation and no-show handling, capacity limits and eligibility — are being finalized with our facility partners and will be published in full on this page before membership opens.
Until then, the terms that already apply are the Customer Terms of Use, and our call centre can answer specific questions about your membership directly.
What is already settled
The parts of WDDT that will not change.
These are the commitments behind the membership. The final rules will add the operational detail, not contradict these.
Pricing
- Founding membership: $115 + HST per month, for the first six consecutive billing cycles
- Thereafter: $130 + HST per month, while continuously active thereafter
- Regular published rate: $160 + HST per month
- All rates exclude HST and are billed monthly
Session design
Designed to offer up to 20 eligible sessions per monthly billing cycle.
Subject to final WDDT rules, participating facilities, sports and capacity.
Scope
- WDDT applies to weekday daytime hours at participating facilities
- Which sports are available depends on what each facility offers
- The membership is personal to the member and not transferable
- Each facility's own rules, waivers and safety requirements apply on site
- Community Pulse Play Intents are never bookings and never guarantee a session
Responsible participation
- Cancel sessions you cannot attend so someone else can play
- Repeated no-shows may affect membership standing
- Treat facility staff, other members and facility customers with respect
- Follow the conduct expectations in the Customer Terms of Use
